Shipping and
Handling
All jewelry comes in a gift bag and shipping is free for accepted
credit card customers within the continental United States. USPS mail
will be the preferred
choice for all other customers and they will be notified via email of

Defective or
Damaged Merchandise
If merchandise is damaged in shipping contact
us
within three (3) business days of the date of delivery of the damaged
goods. LESLIE'S BEADS will arrange for the return. In the
event an item is defective, contact LESLIE'S
BEADS within three business days of the date of delivery
and we will correct the problem.
Cancellation
& Returns
All returns must be authorized by LESLIE'S BEADS or they
will not be accepted. LESLIE'S BEADS will not be
responsible for shipping charges on returned
merchandise. LESLIE'S BEADS must be notified within three (3)
days of delivery
that the merchandise is being returned or it will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless you are returning defective
merchandise or merchandise LESLIE'S BEADS has sent in
error. No returns on sale items.
